Scotty is a small autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) designed for transporting small load carriers. It can move in any direction, rotate on the spot, and optionally charge via inductive energy transmission on a special double floor. Modular design with omnidirectional drive. Navigation uses wireless power transmission and field-strength evaluation, potentially with electromagnetic or other non-contact systems.
