  • Takeover of customer projects after sales completion
  • End-to-end project implementation (PM + operational execution)
  • Customer advice and training
  • Technical Remote-Support (optional 24/7)
  • Technical support of the sales department for complex projects
  • Recording customer requirements and feedback

Must Have  

  • Technical background (IT/Software/Engineering)
  • Experience with B2B software projects
  • Project management experience plus hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel to the customer’s project implementation
  • Customer-oriented, structured, independent
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

Nice to Have 

  • SaaS, industrial, or logistics software experience
  • Support or Customer Success Experience
  • Agile methodological knowledge
  • Understanding of interfaces/integrations
  • Driving licence class B
