Experience automated intralogistics through live demonstrations, expert insights, and collaborative DIY use cases at ARENA2036
📍 Stuttgart, Germany – October 1st, 2026
Following two successful editions that brought together logistics experts, industrial companies, and automation innovators from across Europe, NAiSE GmbH is proud to announce the third edition of NAiSE Intralogistics Wasen, taking place on October 1st, 2026, at ARENA2036 in Stuttgart.
What began as a hands-on intralogistics showcase has evolved into an exclusive industry event where automation, interoperability, and practical implementation come together in a unique collaborative environment. Inspired by Stuttgart’s traditional Wasen season, the event combines industrial innovation with networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
This year’s edition places even greater emphasis on interaction, allowing participants not only to experience live automation but also to actively build, modify, and optimize real intralogistics processes together using the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform.
An Exclusive Automated Intralogistics Experience
Unlike traditional trade fairs, NAiSE Intralogistics Wasen is not about static product presentations. Instead, visitors experience a fully operational intralogistics environment where autonomous mobile robots, automated guided vehicles, manual forklifts, localization systems, and software platforms work together within one coordinated ecosystem.
Throughout the day, participants will see how heterogeneous fleets from different manufacturers can be orchestrated through a manufacturer-independent platform while maintaining efficient traffic management, order execution, warehouse processes, and fleet coordination.
The event combines keynote presentations from industry experts with live demonstrations that showcase practical solutions to today’s industrial logistics challenges.
Learn from Industry Experts and Build Your Own Use Case
One of the highlights of this year’s event is the interactive DIY demonstration.
Participants will work directly with the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform to collaboratively create transport orders, modify logistics workflows, monitor fleet behavior, and observe how operational changes affect the entire system in real time.
Rather than simply watching a demonstration, attendees become part of the experience, gaining practical insights into how modern intralogistics environments can be designed, controlled, and optimized.
Throughout the day, plant professionals, automation experts, and technology providers will share practical experiences and discuss real implementation projects from industrial environments.
A Growing NAiSE Robot Network
A special highlight of this year’s program is the official introduction of the newest members of the NAiSE Robot Network.
This session marks the beginning of what will become an annual tradition, giving every new Robot Network partner the opportunity to introduce their company, present their robotic solutions, and showcase their collaboration with NAiSE.
The NAiSE Robot Network continues to expand with manufacturers and technology providers committed to open interoperability and manufacturer-independent automation. By welcoming new partners each year, the ecosystem continues to grow while offering industrial users an increasing choice of compatible robotic solutions.
Designed for Industrial Decision-Makers
NAiSE Intralogistics Wasen is specifically designed for operational and strategic decision-makers from industrial companies looking to optimize material flow and accelerate automation projects.
The target audience includes:
- Heads of Logistics
- Warehouse Managers
- Plant Managers
- Supply Chain Directors
- Operations Managers
- Chief Operating Officers (COOs)
- Automation and Industrial Engineering Leaders
With an intentionally limited attendance of approximately 50 to 80 participants, the event provides an ideal setting for meaningful discussions, direct interaction with experts, and high-quality networking.
Innovation Meets Stuttgart Tradition
Located at ARENA2036, one of Europe’s leading innovation ecosystems for future production technologies, NAiSE benefits from a unique environment where research, industry, and technology development come together.
Visitors will experience not only the latest developments in automated intralogistics but also the unique atmosphere of Stuttgart’s traditional Wasen season. The day concludes with Wasen-style food, drinks, and networking, creating the perfect setting to continue conversations and build valuable industry connections.
By combining practical demonstrations, expert knowledge, collaborative participation, and open networking, NAiSE Intralogistics Wasen has established itself as one of the most distinctive intralogistics events for industrial end users.
Participation is free of charge, but the number of places is limited. Early registration is recommended.
