Your Role
As Technical Project Management (f/m/d), you are responsible for delivering customer projects from planning through rollout. You ensure the successful deployment and integration of the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform at client sites — respecting budget, time, quality and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities & Impact
- Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of intralogistics projects: scoping, requirements, resources, schedule, budget, quality and risk management.
- Act as main contact person for customers and internal teams: translate customer needs into clear project requirements; coordinate development, engineering, installation, and configuration of robots, vehicles, and software.
- Manage communication and collaboration between different stakeholders (internal teams, external partners, clients), ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, manage deviations, handle risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Document project steps, processes and results; create SOPs, integration guidelines, user manuals — ensuring high-quality and reusable documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support, handover to operations teams, and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in project management — ideally automation, software implementation, robotics, intralogistics or similar technical projects.
- Solid organizational, planning and coordination skills; ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities — you are skilled at bridging between technical and business teams.
- Structured working style, good documentation skills (SOPs, flowcharts, reports).
- Flexibility and adaptability: you can respond to changing project requirements; you stay calm under pressure.
- A hands-on mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over deliverables.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English (B2 Level) and German (Native)
- Technical background in electrical engineering, robotics, automation, software engineering, or related fields.
