Your Role 

As Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will lead NAiSE’s commercial efforts: generate new business, build and manage key accounts, and ensure sustainable revenue growth of our Intralogistics Platform. 

Responsibilities & Impact 

  • Develop and implement sales strategy for NAiSE’s platform: define target customers (warehouses, manufacturing, intralogistics operators), market segments and go-to-market approach. 
  • Identify and engage prospective customers and partners; manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing and account management. 
  • Work closely with business development, product and marketing to align offerings, pricing, and proposals with customer needs. 
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals — clearly communicate the technical and commercial benefits of NAiSE’s intralogistics solution. 
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, manage customer relationships, and follow up on implementation and satisfaction. 
  • Monitor sales metrics, forecast pipeline, report performance, and continuously refine sales tactics. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales — preferably in automation, robotics, intralogistics, or software solutions. 
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. 
  • Technical affinity: ability to understand and confidently explain complex intralogistics and robotics-based solutions. 
  • Target driven, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and ability to work independently. 
  • Customer-focus and relationship-building skills; ability to manage long-term customer engagement. 
  • Ability to collaborate across teams (product, business development, engineering) to deliver tailored customer solutions. 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English (B2 Level) and German (Native)
