Your Role 

As Product Manager (f/m/d) at NAiSE, you will guide the vision, roadmap, and strategy of our Intralogistics Platform — ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs, market trends, and long-term company goals. 

Responsibilities & Impact 

  • Define product vision and long-term roadmap: prioritize features and modules (fleet management, order optimization, manual vehicle integration, analytics, etc.) based on customer needs, market feedback, and technical feasibility.  
  • Gather and analyze requirements from customers, internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations), and market research; translate them into clear product specs and user stories.  
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advances to keep NAiSE’s platform competitive and forward-looking.  
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales) to drive feature development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.  
  • Define success criteria and KPIs for product features; review performance, gather user feedback, and iterate accordingly 
  • Support go-to-market strategy: product positioning, sales support, and customer onboarding. 
  • Document product features, project progress, and development outcomes clearly and comprehensively, creating guidelines, manuals, and internal documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment across teams. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Experience in product management — ideally in software, robotics, automation, or industrial tech environments. 
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand both technical and business aspects. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Customer-centric mindset: you understand user needs and can drive the product to deliver real value. 
  • Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation skills. 
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term deliverables; comfortable working in agile and cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English (B2 Level) and German (Native)
