Your Role 

As Partner Manager (f/m/d), you will drive the development and management of NAiSE’s strategic partnerships. You will identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and key stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of our Intralogistics Platform. 

Responsibilities & Impact 

• Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners that align with NAiSE’s strategic goals and market expansion plans. 

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual growth and successful collaboration. 

• Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and product teams to design joint offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies. 

• Develop partnership agreements, monitor performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met. 

• Support co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and training programs with partners to maximize visibility and impact. 

• Track and report partnership KPIs, evaluate outcomes, and continuously optimize partner strategy. 

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience in partner management, alliances, or B2B relationship management — preferably in automation, robotics, intralogistics, or software solutions. 

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

• Technical affinity: ability to understand and explain complex intralogistics and robotics-based solutions to partners. 

• Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work independently. 

• Customer- and partner-focused: ability to manage long-term engagement and foster win-win relationships. 

• Collaborative: able to work across teams (sales, business development, product, engineering) to deliver integrated partner solutions. 

• Excellent written and spoken communication in English (B2 Level) and German (Native)
