Your Role
As Business Development Professional (f/m/d) at NAiSE, you will drive the strategic expansion of our NAiSE solution. You will identify and evaluate new markets, customers and partner opportunities — and help shape NAiSE’s growth trajectory in the robotics, intralogistics and automation.
Responsibilities & Impact
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to uncover new business opportunities — new industries, geographies or customer segments.
- Develop business cases and growth strategies: market entry plans, pricing/offer proposals, partner models, etc.
- Establish and manage relationships with strategic partners, integrators, OEMs, and prospective customers. Building alliances that support scalable growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, engineering) to align offerings with market needs and define unique value propositions.
- Represent NAiSE externally at industry events, trade fairs and conferences to increase visibility and generate leads.
- Report on progress and results: track KPIs, evaluate the success of business-development initiatives, and feed findings into strategic planning.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales or strategic roles — ideally in automation, robotics, intralogistics or tech B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills: you can interpret market data, draw insights, and translate them into concrete business strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English (B2 Level) and German (Native)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you think strategically but are also hands-on and driven to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Affinity for technology and readiness to understand and position complex software/hardware-based solutions (such as NAiSE’s Intralogistics Platform).
