SMARTER MATERIAL FLOW WITH ADVANCED ROBOTICS

A Seamless Connection for Modern Factories

NAiSE and Delta Electronics have joined forces to bring smarter, more connected intralogistics solutions to factories. By integrating Delta’s D-Bot MAR and D-Bot Dynamic Duo into the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform, operators can now combine autonomous transport, collaborative robotics, and intelligent fleet management in a single, seamless system.

Meeting the Demands of Mixed Fleets

In today’s intralogistics environments, companies often operate diverse fleets of AMRs, manually operated vehicles, and other material flow participants. Integrating new solutions efficiently is critical for maintaining productivity and minimizing operational disruptions. By connecting Delta’s D-Bot MAR and Dynamic Duo with the NAiSE platform, users can now manage all their robots and vehicles centrally while optimizing traffic, tasks, and order execution in real time.

Flexibility, Efficiency, and Connection

This compatibility allows NAiSE users to:

  • Seamlessly integrate Delta’s latest AMRs into existing mixed fleets.
  • Centralize fleet management across all material flow participants.
  • Enhance real-time coordination to boost operational efficiency and productivity.

Together, NAiSE and Delta create a flexible, reliable, and intelligent intralogistics ecosystem—helping factories operate smarter, safer, and more sustainably.

Product Description: D-Bot MAR & Dynamic Duo

The D-Bot MAR is a transport AMR with native VDA 5050 integration, 360° safety scanners, and a payload capacity of up to 500 kg.

The D-Bot Dynamic Duo combines the MAR with a collaborative robot in a 2-in-1 solution. Operators can switch seamlessly between autonomous transport and precision manipulation or use each system independently for maximum flexibility in modern production and logistics environments.

Experts’ Perspective:

“Working with NAiSE is a real game-changer for us. Their platform makes it possible for new robots to seamlessly integrate into existing fleets, without complexity or long lead times. The integration process is so straightforward that manufacturers can easily handle it themselves — accelerating innovation and ensuring compatibility from day one. This level of openness and simplicity is exactly what the intralogistics market needs.”
