SMARTER INTRALOGISTICS WITH FLEXIBLE AMRS

Connecting BÄR Automation with Intelligent Fleet Management

NAiSE and BÄR Automation GmbH expand the possibilities of connected intralogistics. The CONTRAX L AMR 500 RC is now fully compatible with NAiSE Traffic and Order Manager, enabling smarter, safer, and more efficient material flows in industrial environments.

CONTRAX L AMR 500 RC – Autonomous, Flexible, and Safe

The CONTRAX L AMR 500 RC is designed for automated material supply and optimized intralogistics. It can transport standard or custom load carriers of up to 500 kg, reaching speeds of up to 1.2 m/s in any direction. Safety is central: the robot comes with a person protection laser scanner, emergency stop button, and integrated safety control. Additional features can be added to meet specific operational needs, making it a highly adaptable solution for dynamic production and logistics environments.

Integration with NAiSE enables real-time fleet coordination, efficient task execution, and full visibility into all material transport processes. The result is transparent, safe, and streamlined intralogistics, even in mixed operations with other vehicle types.
