SMARTER MATERIAL FLOW WITH ADVANCED AGVS
NAiSE Integrates Asseco CEIT’s AGVs into its robot network
NAiSE now enables Asseco CEIT’s AGVs to be fully managed within the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform. This integration allows these AGVs to operate alongside other robots, manually driven vehicles, and humans in shared intralogistics environments, optimizing fleet coordination, traffic control, and order execution. This compatibility was achieved through a shared customer integration and the implementation of the VDA 5050 communication interface, enabling Asseco CEIT’s entire mobile robot lineup to operate seamlessly within the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform.
Asseco Ceit Lineup
The Asseco CEIT AGV lineup covers a wide spectrum of intralogistics needs:
- Under-run AGVs for flexible transport of various load carriers.
- Forklift AGVs for pallet handling and stacking operations.
- Tugger AGVs for efficient towing of multiple load carriers.
Through the VDA 5050-based interoperability, all these vehicle types can be managed collectively via NAiSE Platform, ensuring smooth mixed-fleet operations and real-time optimization. The integration process includes final testing routines that can be carried out at ARENA2036 in Stuttgart or directly in the customer’s facility, ensuring smooth deployment and reliable operation.
