Your Role 

As Content Specialist (f/m/d), you will craft clear, engaging, and insightful content to communicate the value and vision and mission of NAiSE’s Intralogistics Platform to partners, customers, and the broader community. 

Responsibilities & Impact 

• Write and produce content for various channels: website, blog, social media, white papers, customer success stories, marketing collateral, and internal documentation. 

• Translate complex technical topics — intralogistics, robotics, software, automation — into understandable and compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences (technical & nontechnical). 

• Collaborate with teams across product, sales, marketing, and engineering to gather insights, technical details, use cases, and success stories. 

• Develop content strategies, plan editorial calendar, and align messaging with business objectives & brand tone. 

• Analyze content performance (e.g., engagement metrics, reach, conversion) and continuously optimize approaches to maximize impact. 

• Support communication at events, webinars, and product launches: prepare presentations, slides, documentation, and marketing materials. 

Skills & Experience 

• Demonstrable experience in technical or B2B content creation (writing, editing, storytelling) — ideally for software, automation, or industrial tech sectors. 

• Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English; ability to adapt style depending on target audience (executives, engineers, end users). 

• Ability to quickly learn and understand technical topics — you are curious, tech-savvy, and enjoy deep diving into new domains. 

• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, sense of structure, and clarity. 

• Creative mindset — you think in stories, use-cases, and real-world value; you understand how to communicate benefits, not just features. 

• Basic understanding of marketing and digital content performance metrics is a plus. 

• Familiar with tools such as: Figma, CapCut, Canva.
