COMPANY & MARKET

Where are your offices located, and in which regions (NA, SA, EMEA, Africa, Asia) can you support projects?

Our headquarters are in Stuttgart, Germany, where we provide technical support, including remote assistance. Our platform is deployed across production sites in Europe, Asia, and North and South America. NAiSE has the capability to support projects worldwide, demonstrating the global applicability of our technology.

We are deploying AI models, integrating humanoid robots, and advancing various research projects to continuously enhance automation and intralogistics capabilities.

Our software is highly configurable and supports complex material transport flows in automotive environments. We have extensive experience collaborating with automotive suppliers and plant managers, refining our solution to meet real-world intralogistics challenges.

SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

Yes, we are fully committed to GDPR compliance. While our software itself does not process personal data, it enables customers to manage data securely and in accordance with GDPR requirements. Our platform supports compliance through features such as data encryption, access controls, and audit capabilities.
Data storage location is determined by the customer, providing flexibility to ensure it aligns with GDPR and specific data governance policies. Personal data of EU citizens is not transferred or processed outside the EU/EEA, and customers retain full control over their data handling.

Yes, our software is compatible with all existing versions of VDA 5050. Thanks to our modular driver stage, we can simultaneously communicate with vehicles using different VDA 5050 versions and integrate additional functions beyond the standard. Vehicles can also be integrated via the MassControls standard or their native interfaces. This allows any type of AGV—whether VDA 5050 compliant or fully autonomous—to operate together seamlessly within the same environment.

PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY

The NAiSE Intralogistics Platform supports multiple standard interfaces for seamless integration with factory systems, including MQTT, REST API, serial connections, and direct database access. These interfaces allow both data retrieval (e.g., fleet status, localization) and command execution (e.g., sending orders, creating geofences). Integration can be deployed via a Docker container or using your existing broker setup.

Our architecture is highly modular, enabling flexibility, scalability, and tailored deployment. Individual modules can be used independently or integrated with third-party systems, allowing customers to deploy functionalities relevant to their specific intralogistics requirements while maintaining overall system stability.

Yes. Thanks to our modular driver architecture, our platform can simultaneously communicate with vehicles using different VDA 5050 versions and integrate AGVs/AMRs via native interfaces or other standards like MassControls. All vehicles are coordinated seamlessly within the same environment.

Yes. Our platform is fully compatible with a wide range of AGV and AMR manufacturers and industrial solutions. This includes Aumovio Mobile Robots, Bosch Rexroth, Hikrobot, Omron, Symovo, Junion Intelligent Technology, Evocortex, IFT, BeeWaTec, KNAPP, Carrybots, SAFELOG, MetraLabs, AGILOX, Jungheinrich AG, Kärcher, Asseco CEIT, BÄR, WEG, Cassioli, Innok Robotics, Capra Robotics, Delta Electronics, Kuka, as well as industrial solutions and localization systems such as IVISO, Flexlog, Wiesemann & Theis, Gestalt Robotics, IDEC ez-wheel, Pilz, Telefonica, Quuppa, Nokia, SevenSense, Waitkus, TruPhysics, Kollmorgen, Incubed IT, rgorobotics, and Waveye. We continue to expand our integration portfolio, prioritizing manufacturers and solutions relevant to customer projects, ensuring seamless interoperability within the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform.

Yes. Our platform integrates all intralogistics participants, including forklifts and tugger trains, via our in-house UWB-based RTLS or third-party solutions. The platform is compatible with the omlox localization standard, ensuring future-proof integration.

Absolutely. We support integration with building and safety systems, including gates, elevators, fire doors, traffic lights, and light curtains, using partners like Pilz, W&T, and Flexlog. Emergency signals (e.g., fire alarms) can halt or reroute vehicles via predefined paths.

Yes. Our platform offers flexible, no-code interfaces to interpret and adapt SAP messages for intralogistics automation, simplifying order handling and process integration.

Yes, our platform is web-based and provided as a Docker instance, compatible with Windows, Linux, and macOS. The UI is optimized for PCs, laptops, and touch-enabled tablets. Basic functionality is also accessible on smartphones, particularly for the forklift terminal application.

Our software has managed 61 AGVs/AMRs on a single site so far.

No, 61 is not the maximum. This number only reflects the requirements of our past projects. The system is designed to scale beyond that, depending on the customer’s needs and the site setup.

Our software supports English, German, Portuguese, and Chinese. Documentation is primarily in English. Additional languages can be customized to meet customer needs.

In most cases, yes – no physical changes are needed. However, the exact setup depends on your specific use case, the PLC system, and the communication interface it supports. Typically, integration is achieved via a middle layer with Node‑RED, which allows your PLC to communicate smoothly and safely with the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform. This approach keeps your existing hardware intact while enabling efficient and transparent intralogistics operations.

SERVICES & SUPPORT

NAiSE provides structured training programs tailored to user roles. Initial training is conducted after system installation, followed by ongoing support during use case implementation. Optional additional sessions and refresher trainings are available. Training can be delivered both onsite and online. Remote support is provided via secure access (e.g., SSH).

Response times depend on the ticket priority: Low Priority tickets: response within <24 hours or High Priority tickets: response within <2 hours. Response time is measured from ticket submission in the NAiSE ticket interface to the first documented response.

NAiSE provides Level 2 and Level 3 support. Level 2 support covers IT, server, and cloud infrastructure topics and can be requested by trained Key Users. Level 3 support addresses code-level issues and is provided remotely by NAiSE technical experts. Level 3 tickets require both Key User and IT Administrator training. All communication is handled via the NAiSE ticketing system.

Yes. All support is delivered remotely from Germany. Support availability depends on the selected support tier (CET, excluding public holidays in Baden-Württemberg, except for 24/7): Basic Support: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00; Expanded Support: Mon–Fri, 09:00–22:00; 24/5 Support: Mon–Fri, 00:00–24:00; 24/7 Support: Continuous availability, no time limitation. All support requests are processed via an automated ticketing system to ensure traceability and reliable handling.

COMMERCIAL & LICENSING

We offer our solution in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model with flexible scaling. Pricing depends on the size of the fleet and the chosen modules. This allows customers to start small and expand as their intralogistics operations grow.

The license covers access to the NAiSE platform and all relevant modules. Customers can decide which features and vehicle types (AGVs, AMRs, forklifts) they want to include. Forklifts only require a license if they are actively integrated in order management; if used solely for traffic management, no additional license is needed.

There is a recurring annual license fee. One-time costs may apply during setup (e.g. integration with ERP systems, connection of new robot types, or customer-specific adaptations).

Support and training are offered as part of our service packages. Customers can choose from different support models (including 24/7 options) and request on-site or online training.
