A HANDS-ON INTRALOGISTICS AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE

Following a successful debut in 2024, which welcomed over 100 guests from 45 companies across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Finland, NAiSE Intralogistics Wasen returns on October 14, 2025 – now more hands-on, tech-forward, and user-driven than ever before. Hosted at ARENA2036 in Stuttgart, Germany, this exclusive one-day event brings together experts, innovators, manufacturers, and solution providers from across Europe to explore what’s next in automated intralogistics. But this time, it’s not just about watching and learning – it’s about experiencing real-time intralogistics in action.

Deadline for registration: September 30, 2025.

LIVE SCENARIOS. REAL PROBLEMS. SMART SOLUTIONS.

In 2025, the NAiSE Intralogistics Wasen takes a bold leap beyond traditional presentations and static booths – this edition brings automated intralogistics to life through real-time demonstrations of material flow, supported by mobile robots, manually driven vehicles, industrial solutions, and humans. Visitors will witness how the all-in-one, manufacturer-agnostic NAiSE Intralogistics Platform handles real scenarios – from managing complex traffic flows to resolving bottlenecks and coordinating mixed fleets from different manufacturers.

We also demonstrate the true Do It Yourself concept of our software – showing just how intuitively and independently plant managers can use the platform to automate and optimize their operations. All in real time, all in one system. Participants will have the opportunity to test the all-in-one NAiSE manufacturer-agnostic software in real time, interact with robots from various manufacturers, and explore actual use cases that highlight how seamless integration can look across mixed-fleet environments.

“I am fully convinced that many companies and individuals still have many questions when it comes to automated material flow,” said Kai Przybysz-Herz, Co-Founder & CEO of NAiSE. “This is often because there isn’t enough conversation happening. An event like this is the perfect place to find answers — where you leave not with question marks, but with exclamation marks.”

TECH, TALK, AND TRADITION – WASEN STYLE

Held once again at Stuttgart’s leading innovation hub, ARENA2036, this event blends forward-thinking technology with one of the region’s most iconic traditions – Wasen. Alongside the interactive tech experience, visitors can look forward to:
  • – Engaging talks and expert discussions on the future of intralogistics,
  • – Live demos from exhibiting partners, showcasing real transport mobile robots in realistic intralogistics scenarios,
  • – Inspiring conversations with developers, integrators, and fellow industry professionals – vis-à-vis.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This event brings together the key players shaping the future of intralogistics, including:

  • – Decision-makers (Heads of Logistics, CTOs, Supply Chain Managers)
  • – Project and technical leads (System Engineers, Integration Managers, R&D teams)
  • – AGV/AMR manufacturers and platform providers
  • –  Operational teams (Warehouse Managers, Maintenance Engineers)

A unique opportunity to connect, learn, and explore cutting-edge automation solutions across the entire intralogistics ecosystem.
