COMPATIBLE AGV MANUFACTURERS
CONTINENTAL MOBILE ROBOT & NAiSE ARE FULLY INTEGRATED
The third level of integration involves the final testing routine, which means that after successful software integration, we perform a testing routine that can be carried out in our testing center (ARENA2036, Stuttgart) or already in the final application area of the robot.
Continental’s new Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) is THE innovation in intralogistics. Their AMR can be a valuable team player for you that streamlines your logistics processes. Guided by smart software, and incorporating leading-edge hardware, the new one will be a reliable top-performer.
Thanks to the integrated lift, Continental AMRs can independently position themselves under carts, lift them up, and take them to the destination point. Their ultra-compact robot design and their carrying capacity of up to 1,200 kg enable the AMR to do all the work entirely autonomously. The robot can travel at up to 2.0 meters per second.
FLEXLOG & NAiSE ARE COMPATIBLE SOLUTIONS
The partnership between Flexlog and NAiSE will bring together two innovative companies with a shared vision for the future of intralogistics. Together, we will offer a broad range of solutions for the industry, including highly efficient and flexible conveyor technology, material flow systems, and innovative controls.
For over a decade, flexlog has been developing highly flexible, decentralised controls and material flow concepts, along with intelligent and flexible conveyor technology components. With a vast variety of solutions, flexlog offers a broad portfolio , able to solve nearly any challenge in automated intralogistics with unwavering confidence.
What sets flexlog apart is its fast and customized solutions. This promise for quality is undermined by their successful partnerships with renowned clients such as Bosch or GEBHARDT Fördertechnik GmbH
BÄR & NAiSE ANNOUNCED COMPATIBILITY
The first level of integration involves talking to a technical expert from the robot manufacturer and gaining the necessary insight into the interfaces of the robots to be integrated.
BÄR Automation GmbH is a family-owned business that is now in its 2nd generation. Founded in 1972 as a “small mechanical engineering firm”, we have grown over the past five decades through consistent innovation management, skill and flexibility into one of the leading specialists for the planning, construction and manufacture of customized automation solutions. The portfolio includes assembly technology – flexibilization of assembly processes, robot aided assembly handlings and automated guided vehicle systems. At the company’s own campus, more than 140 employees develop and implement individual system solutions for customers from all over the world.
CONTRAX L AMR 500 RC is an autonomous mobile robot designed for the automatic material supply and optimization of intra-logistics processes in industrial environments. It can transport standard or special load carriers up to 500 kg, with a speed of up to 1.2 m/s in any direction and has safety features like person protection laser scanner, emergency stop button, and safety control. The robot can be equipped with additional features.

NAiSE’s Traffic & Order Management Gets Major Upgrade
Elements involved in the process:
UX Redesign – Our app is a trusted daily companion for our users, and we have collaborated with our customers to optimize its usability, ensuring a seamless experience.
Map Management – Users can now upload maps in various 3D and 2D formats and use our graphical transformation tool to bring together their diverse fleet of vehicles from different manufacturers into one unified world.
Managing Chained Transport Orders – Our order manager has gained the intelligence to handle complex chained transport sequences, efficiently distributing them across the mixed fleet, including AGVs, AMRs, forklifts, trains, and other participants.
Flexible Order Distribution – Users can now “weight” how transport orders are assigned, avoiding static allocation processes and enabling tailored order management to suit their operations.
Adaptive Order List – Users can now customize the display of orders, making it easy to adapt to their specific needs.
Continuous Order Monitoring – Our application constantly measures and evaluates the performance of orders, enabling early detection of anomalies in the material flow.
Visibility Management – Take control of what you see and keep a clear overview with our new Visibility Manager. Filter objects such as map parts, vehicles, or other components on the map to focus on what matters to you.
Trackable Grouping – Create teams of vehicles and mobile transport robots that work together on shared tasks or group specific tracked objects for visual differentiation, ensuring smooth operations.
