NAiSE’s Successful Presence at LogiMAT-Messe 2023

The recently concluded LogiMAT-Messe 2023 was a resounding success for NAiSE. The event provided an opportunity to showcase the latest technology and cutting-edge products in the industry. 

Our stand was visited by representatives of our partner companies, including Bosch Rexroth, Continental, Omron, Flexlog, Flowcate, Carrybots, Symovo, Omlox, BÄR, and sevensense. We were also visited by a large number of current customers such as Continental, Bosch, Vitesco and Trumpf.

Together with Pilz, our sales partner, we created a powerful combination of efficiency and safety solutions for intralogistics.

The event was attended by a large number of potential partners and customers from many countries worldwide, making it an excellent opportunity to network and establish successful collaborations. The positive feedback from industry experts and customers was overwhelming and proved to be a great motivation for the entire NAiSE team.

NAiSE Among Top 18 Techpreneurs at HANNOVER MESSE 2023

Our company recently participated in the HANNOVER MESSE event together with our sales partner Pilz representing NAiSE Traffic and Order Manager for ALL participants of intralogistics. The week-long event brought together industry leaders and innovators from all over the world, providing a platform to showcase the latest technology and cutting-edge products.

The event started with an impressive opening ceremony attended by dignitaries including German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The presence of such prominent personalities made the occasion even more momentous and highlighted the significance of the event.

During the course of the week, we were able to establish successful collaborations and make new contacts. 

One of the highlights of the event was the 14th Innovation World Cup® Finals, where NAiSE emerged as one of the Top 18 Techpreneurs of 2023.  This achievement reflects our efforts to develop cutting-edge products and services that add value to our customers and the industry as a whole.

CONTINENTAL MOBILE ROBOT & NAiSE ARE FULLY INTEGRATED

Continental Mobile Robot is compatible with NAiSE Traffic, and their AMR can be used together with our traffic and order manager!

The third level of integration involves the final testing routine, which means that after successful software integration, we perform a testing routine that can be carried out in our testing center (ARENA2036, Stuttgart) or already in the final application area of ​​the robot.

Continental’s new Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) is THE innovation in intralogistics. Their AMR can be a valuable team player for you that streamlines your logistics processes. Guided by smart software, and incorporating leading-edge hardware, the new one will be a reliable top-performer.

Thanks to the integrated lift, Continental AMRs can independently position themselves under carts, lift them up, and take them to the destination point. Their ultra-compact robot design and their carrying capacity of up to 1,200 kg enable the AMR to do all the work entirely autonomously. The robot can travel at up to 2.0 meters per second.

BÄR & NAiSE ANNOUNCED COMPATIBILITY

BÄR Automation GmbH is compatible with NAiSE Traffic, and their CONTRAX L AMR 500 RC can be used together with our traffic and order manager!

The first level of integration involves talking to a technical expert from the robot manufacturer and gaining the necessary insight into the interfaces of the robots to be integrated.

BÄR Automation GmbH is a family-owned business that is now in its 2nd generation. Founded in 1972 as a “small mechanical engineering firm”, we have grown over the past five decades through consistent innovation management, skill and flexibility into one of the leading specialists for the planning, construction and manufacture of customized automation solutions. The portfolio includes assembly technology – flexibilization of assembly processes, robot aided assembly handlings and automated guided vehicle systems. CONTRAX L AMR 500 RC is an autonomous mobile robot designed for the automatic material supply and optimization of intra-logistics processes in industrial environments. It can transport standard or special load carriers up to 500 kg, with a speed of up to 1.2 m/s in any direction and has safety features like person protection laser scanner, emergency stop button, and safety control. NAiSE ENHANCES PRODUCT OFFERINGS WITH NEW FEATURES

Forklift control system

Our company announced the launch of forklift control system, which is now available as part of the NAiSE’s traffic and order management offering. This system provides customers with even greater control and efficiency in their intralogistics operations, enabling them to optimize forklift fleet and streamline material flow.

We invite our customers to take part in a simulation of forklift control system at ARENA2036, in Stuttgart, Germany. This exciting opportunity allows customers to experience the system in action and gain a firsthand understanding of capabilities.

NAiSE’s Traffic & Order Management Gets Major Upgrade

Elements involved in the process:

UX Redesign – Our app is a trusted daily companion for our users, and we have collaborated with our customers to optimize its usability, ensuring a seamless experience.

Map Management – Users can now upload maps in various 3D and 2D formats and use our graphical transformation tool to bring together their diverse fleet of vehicles from different manufacturers into one unified world.

Managing Chained Transport Orders – Our order manager has gained the intelligence to handle complex chained transport sequences, efficiently distributing them across the mixed fleet, including AGVs, AMRs, forklifts, trains, and other participants.

Flexible Order Distribution – Users can now “weight” how transport orders are assigned, avoiding static allocation processes and enabling tailored order management to suit their operations.

Adaptive Order List – Users can now customize the display of orders, making it easy to adapt to their specific needs.

Continuous Order Monitoring – Our application constantly measures and evaluates the performance of orders, enabling early detection of anomalies in the material flow.

Visibility Management – Take control of what you see and keep a clear overview with our new Visibility Manager. Filter objects such as map parts, vehicles, or other components on the map to focus on what matters to you.

Trackable Grouping – Create teams of vehicles and mobile transport robots that work together on shared tasks or group specific tracked objects for visual differentiation, ensuring smooth operations.
