THE POWER OF COMBINED TECHNOLOGIES

Intralogistics is evolving, and with it, the demand for more flexible and scalable automation solutions is growing. At NAiSE, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of intralogistics automation. That’s why we are excited to announce the successful integration of the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform with Innok Robotics’ autonomous transport robot, INDUROS. This marks a significant milestone: for the first time, NAiSE software is being deployed in an outdoor environment at a shared customer site.

The compatibility between NAiSE’s Fleet, Traffic, Order, and Warehouse Managers and the INDUROS robot offers businesses a new level of automation. INDUROS, developed by Innok Robotics, is a highly versatile autonomous mobile robot (AMR) capable of operating in diverse environments, from industrial halls to outdoor spaces. Unlike many conventional AGVs that require structured environments, INDUROS navigates rough terrain, ramps, and uneven surfaces, all while withstanding various weather conditions. This flexibility enables companies to automate complex material transport processes between indoor and outdoor facilities seamlessly. The technical foundation of this integration is built on VDA 5050, ensuring seamless communication between INDUROS and NAiSE’s software while maintaining flexibility.

NAiSE & INNOK ROBOTICS JOIN FORCES

NAiSE GmbH, founded in 2017 in Stuttgart, Germany, is dedicated to making intralogistics transparent, flexible, and simple. Our mission is to automate material flow by integrating mobile transport robots that support humans, ensuring seamless coordination across all logistics participants. The NAiSE Intralogistics Platform is a manufacturer-independent, standard-independent solution designed to revolutionize material flow and automation in your facility. It integrates diverse technologies and participants into a unified ecosystem, providing one solution for everything. With its gamified design and AI-supported intelligence, the platform delivers an intuitive, engaging user experience, simplifying complex processes. It brings together mobile robots, forklifts, tugger trains, and people, creating a holistic approach to intralogistics.

Innok Robotics, headquartered in Regenstauf, Germany, is one of the technology and market leaders in highly innovative autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). Since 2012, the company has been developing AMRs capable of operating not only indoors but also outdoors in challenging environments. Unlike traditional robots that require structured indoor spaces, Innok Robotics’ solutions are designed for multiterrain applications. They function on rough indoor surfaces without structural modifications and can operate outdoors in all weather conditions, overcoming obstacles such as ramps and uneven terrain.

Innok Robotics’ flagship autonomous transport robot, INDUROS, is specifically designed for businesses involved in material transport and intralogistics. It can autonomously handle transport operations between buildings or fully outdoor applications, including automatic coupling and decoupling of transport wagons such as pallet carts, mesh boxes, and other containers with a payload of up to 1.300kg. Companies utilizing INDUROS achieve significant cost savings, of €200,000 per year per robot.

SEAMLESS INTRALOGISTICS FOR AUTOMATION MANUFACTURING

“This collaboration with Innok Robotics is a significant milestone in our mission to redefine intralogistics automation. By combining flexible and scalable solutions that seamlessly bridge indoor and outdoor processes, we are setting a new industry standard for operational efficiency. Together with Innok Robotics, we’re helping our clients achieve substantial cost savings while enhancing their overall operational performance.” — Raphael Kusumoto, CTO, NAiSE

This collaboration marks an important milestone as NAiSE and Innok Robotics work together on a joint project for a shared customer in the automation manufacturing industry, located in Alfdorf and Aschau am Inn. By integrating the NAiSE Intralogistics Platform with INDUROS, we are enabling seamless material transport both indoors and outdoors, optimizing operations without requiring structural modifications. This use case demonstrates the power of combining advanced fleet, traffic, order, and warehouse management with autonomous all-terrain robotics, setting a new standard for efficiency in industrial automation.
